Welcome to Benny's Woodshop (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We operate this website and online store (the “Services”) to provide you, the customer, with access to our products, content, tools, and services. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make every effort to accurately display our products, including colors and finishes. However, actual colors and grain patterns may vary due to natural wood variation and your device’s display settings.
Because many of our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, no two items are exactly alike. Variations in grain, tone, knots, and texture are inherent characteristics of real wood and are not considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice and to limit quantities offered.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.
Once an order is accepted, cancellations or changes may not be possible, especially for custom or made-to-order items. Returns and exchanges are governed solely by our Refund Policy.
You represent that all purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial redistribution unless expressly authorized by us in writing.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or customs fees unless stated otherwise.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order and all applicable charges.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, designs, and product descriptions, is owned by Benny's Woodshop or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Benny's Woodshop is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Benny's Woodshop. Shopify is not responsible for any sales, products, or disputes related to your purchases.

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for any purpose without compensation.

Because our products are handcrafted and made from natural materials, variations are normal and not defects.
